Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in all duties.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands and operate store machinery.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma/GED preferred with retail experience advantageous.
