We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers, and work closely with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
