Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with purchases and provide top-notch customer service
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Contribute to inventory management and cashiering duties
• Adhere to cash handling policies and follow established procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capable of following instructions, multitasking, and working both independently and in a team
• Meet all state and local requirements regarding alcohol sales
