Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, process purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
