Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team. As a Store Associate, you will handle merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning tasks while ensuring that the customer shopping experience is top-notch.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
