Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
