Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
