Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain accurate inventory
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
