Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
