Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. As a Store Team Member, you will merchandise products, handle cashier duties, maintain cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies to provide outstanding service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
