Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to uphold our high standards. By working collaboratively with our ALDI team, you will ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and ensure data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating cash registers and store equipment safely.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures meticulously.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales, if applicable.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
