Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the Aldi family. As a Store Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working effectively with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and management.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are appealing.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
