We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment through stocking and cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure store security and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
