Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates seamlessly. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our clients.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure product displays are organized.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with the management team.
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail work experience.
