Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, where you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possess excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
