Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining a clean store environment and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
