Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, welcoming, and customer-friendly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in your daily tasks
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and stocking of products
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Previous retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
