Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with precision and keep the store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate clearly with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
