Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, a leading grocery retailer. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintained, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store appearance through merchandising, stocking, and cleaning.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and resolving inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Operate equipment and follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
