Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and report feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old to work at ALDI.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
