Job Description

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Ensure shelves and merchandise displays are orderly and well-stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Assist in inventory management and conduct inventory counts as required.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
