Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Ensure shelves and merchandise displays are orderly and well-stocked.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
  • Assist in inventory management and conduct inventory counts as required.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
