Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well maintained. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory, and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capacity to use store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
