Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in merchandising, customer service, and maintaining the store environment. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience and overall store success.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and any other relevant issues.
- Conduct store inventory counts following guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
- Comply with all company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
