Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Good physical condition to perform stocking and cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Meet all state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
