In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and deliver outstanding customer service while following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
