Job Description

As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and uphold document security.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and follow company procedures.
  • Capable of using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
