Job Description
As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback on products and inventory.
- Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and uphold document security.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and follow company procedures.
- Capable of using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
