Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's retail team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a tidy shopping environment.

Job Type

• Full-Time position
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stocking duties efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in conducting store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
