Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures
• Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise and general cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience desired
