Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
