We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory management procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
