Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in stock counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
