Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members will help create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
