Job Description

As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and cleaning, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide top-notch service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the M.A.P. behaviors outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
  • Perform cleaning duties and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
