Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides excellent customer service. From merchandising and stocking products to assisting customers with their shopping experience, you will be a key member of our team.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain clean store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely, including a cash register and other store machinery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
