Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
