Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and stock products efficiently and neatly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.
  • Operate cash register accurately and follow cash procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.
