Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
