We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Enhancing the customer shopping experience by delivering outstanding service.
• Communicating effectively with team members and store management.
• Performing general cleaning duties and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
