Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
