Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. mindset and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and report product or scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures to ensure store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
