Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained for optimal customer satisfaction.

Position Type

• Full-Time
• 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking, and cashiering
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with team members and store management
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring accuracy
• Following cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
