Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant and contribute to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining store appearance and efficiency. As a vital team member, you will assist in various tasks including cashiering, stocking, and collaborating with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, enhance the shopping experience, and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and stock shelves accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management, providing feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures to ensure a safe and organized store environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Efficient cashier operation and ability to handle equipment such as a cash register, floor scrubber, and more.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
