Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy according to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
