Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient store management.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with team members
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and guidelines meticulously

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow procedures
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
