Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by performing various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report product issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
