Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by engaging in various tasks, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with a friendly attitude to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
