We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform various store tasks outlined in the role requirements.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting and engaging with customers.
• Cooperate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to inventory management and cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
