Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
