Job Description

As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to uphold our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and ensure proper product presentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with the team.
• Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to safeguard assets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cashiering and equipment operation.
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work effectively in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
