Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your duties will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise displays and shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts as required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
